Mission Summary
The NS Boopathy Research Foundation (NSBRF) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to conserving and restoring coastal and marine ecosystems while improving the livelihoods of local communities.
Since 2018, NSBRF has been working across the Tamil Nadu coastal belt, focusing on mangrove and seagrass restoration, social forestry, river health management, and community-based climate resilience.
By integrating scientific research, traditional ecological knowledge, and community participation, NSBRF strives to build a sustainable balance between environmental conservation and socioeconomic development.
